I have no hesitation in recommending Tricia’s practice. I recently went through a very upsetting time in my life and struggled to gain control of my emotions. Tricia recommended Reiki as a way of helping me to find some calm, peace and to help me to gain a clearer outlook on my emotions. The first session was amazing, I had an hour session which started with me very upset and unsettled, it ended with me calm, relaxed and feeling much more in control of my emotions and situation. I struggle with sleep at the moment however the evening after my session I had a straight 9 hour sleep and felt extremely rested. I heard about Patricia through a friend who had gone to Patricia for Crystal Therapy. My first session, I decided to try a Reiki within minutes I felt so calm and relaxed almost like floating, all my worries, just seemed to disperse within minutes, I immediately felt at peace, calm and very relaxed. My first experience with Tricia was when I had developed a pain in my left side, I also felt very stressed because of work.  Tricia put her hands on the pain, I felt the pain subsiding and could breath more calmly.   Tricia explained that the pain, had developed because of my emotions at that time, and if I deal with the stress the physical pain will go. I felt so calm and relaxed.

I had been suffering from congestion/nausea for a couple of weeks, with no relief, I visited my local health Store, where I was directed to Tricia. After my first session, I actually felt so much release, Tricia worked around my face area, pressing on acupuncture points, using Reiki energy. Once home I slept for a couple of hours and woke breathing better than I had in weeks.  Tricia kept in touch, to check I was okay. After a couple of days I felt so well. After experiencing Reiki myself, there is no doubt in my mind that it works, and I would put it up there in my top five treatments. Initially I felt intense heat as she placed her hands on my head and then some tingling around my body and within moments I felt incredibly relaxed. I literally floated through the treatment. The treatment was nothing like I imagined and I finished feeling very relaxed and tension free. I have also experienced gastric band hypnotherapy for weight reduction the mind is mobilized to effectively limit the amount of food you can eat and no surgery is required ! This simple technique creates the same bodily responses that actual gastric band surgery will produce and you don’t have to pay £12,000 for the operation. Like with all things in life, the proof is in the eating and so far I haven’t over- eaten. Tricia is a warm and skillful practitioner and her surroundings are a relaxing environment.
